Rethink High School Block Party: August 24

By July 31, 2017Events

Last year, the XQ Super School Bus rolled through Memphis encouraging the community to come out and devise innovative ways to improve high school education. With Crosstown High School being named a finalist in the XQ Super School Project, the Bus is returning to the Bluff City for a special stop at Crosstown Concourse during the Rethink High School Block Party.

  • When: Thursday, August 24th (5:30PM-7:30PM)
  • Where: Back side of Crosstown Concourse (1350 Concourse Avenue)
    • Free parking in the parking garage an walk around the building to join the party!

Not only will there be free food and bumpin’ jams to keep the party going, but everyone will get a tour of the Crosstown High Collaboratory space and a chance to stop by the XQ Super School Bus to share ideas on how to #RethinkHighSchool in Memphis.

That’s not all!

The Inside Out Project, a global participatory art project, will be on site taking photos of young scholars to use in a public display at Crosstown Concourse. Any student is welcome to join!
